About GUARANTOR TRUST
GUARANTOR TRUST is a trading style of The Trust Shop Limited.
We provide a professional trustee service to support residential tenancies. Our service allows tenants (or their family members) to place funds into a dedicated trust, which are then used to support rent guarantee arrangements in favour of landlords.
The purpose is to provide reassurance to landlords while allowing tenants to meet referencing or guarantor requirements in a structured and transparent way.

The Trust Shop Limited acts solely as trustee. In that capacity, it may enter into arrangements intended to support a tenant's obligations under a tenancy. We do not act as an insurer, lender, or investment manager.
Any services are provided subject to formal agreement and documented trust terms.
